To have access to the amenities and a working keycard for the pool season opening, you will need to ensure you have paid a minimum of the 1st and 2nd assessment installments (a total of $500) by April 15th, 2022.  All homeowners with a delinquent balance as of April 16th, 2022, will have their amenities access turned off until those payments have been made.
