To have access to the amenities and a working keycard for the pool season opening, you will need to ensure you have paid your 2024 assessments in full by May 10, 2024.  All homeowners with a delinquent balance as of May 11, 2024, will have their amenities access turned off and a late fee of 10% of the delinquent balance will be added.
