If you receive a violation warning and/or fine you will want to try and correct the violation as quickly as possible. After it has been corrected you need to log into your Homeside Properties
account, select Violations under the Account Info tab, and leave a comment on the open violation. Informing Homeside that the violation has been resolved will prompt them to close the violation.
If you receive a violation warning and/or fine and you believe it is was in error, please log into your Homeside Properties account and follow the steps above to leave a comment on the violation. Failure to notify Homeside of the error could result in future fines if the violation warning isn't properly noted and removed from your account.
