To submit your exterior modification project for approval you will first need to complete the
Exterior Modification Application. Be sure to gather all required supporting documentation under the applicable category. The application and all supporting documentation can be submitted via email to acc@gcmmgt.com. The return email address is listed on the application as well.
*Note - While the ACC does have 60 days per the governing documents to review and respond to applications, the committee works very hard to review these requests in a more timely fashion. Incomplete applications will be denied and will further prolong the process, so please be sure you provide all of the required supporting documentation at the time of your submission.
