  • chevron_rightWhen are the HOA annual assessments due?
The annual assessments are divided into 2 separate installments.  The first installment is due on February 1st.  The second installment is due on May 1st.  A 10% late fee is applied to any unpaid assessment balance on May 15th.  You can mail your payments using the coupon book provided to homeowners or you can pay them online through Homeside Properties.

To view your account balance and/or payment details please visit Homeside Properties and select "Pay Assessments" from the navigation bar.  You will be instructed to login in or create a TownSq account.  This is where you can view your account balance, make an online payment, and view your payment history.
  • chevron_rightI received a violation warning, what do I need to do?
If you receive a violation warning and/or fine you will want to try and correct the violation as quickly as possible.  After it has been corrected you need to log into your Homeside Properties account, select Violations under the Account Info tab, and leave a comment on the open violation.  Informing Homeside that the violation has been resolved will prompt them to close the violation.

If you receive a violation warning and/or fine and you believe it is was in error, please log into your Homeside Properties account and follow the steps above to leave a comment on the violation.  Failure to notify Homeside of the error could result in future fines if the violation warning isn't properly noted and removed from your account.
